Day 5! RKC Training! Deadlifts.

Hello Readers!

Not a lot of time to train again today, so your noble blogger did prison yard style again.  Deadlifts and push ups.

Kept the DLs light, and worked on generating power through my feet and control of the bar. Again, the goal here is to make me strong as bull, and help me generate tons of force through my feet.
